If you google great custom service a picture of Tyler’s face will show up. It doesn’t but it should! Tyler is amazing!!! He can answer any questions or concerns you may have. This company went beyond I’d imagine for great customer service! Really warms my heart! I have no clue why safelite is so well known because this company is just point blank period better.

Seen an ad on Facebook & when the original company I called didn’t call back I put an online request for nuvision. They texted me in minutes and when I was able to talk they called to finalize my appt. the tech was on time & called when he was on his way. Did a great job & had my check ready. (They also gave me $40 more than the other company was advertising). My install was today so as long as there’s no issues there I will be a returning customer and refer all my friends and family.

We got all the paperwork knocked out via text and on the phone. He handled all my insurance paperwork and had me scheduled for my replacement. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Rueben the tech got in touch with me when he was near and i met him out by my car. Totally professional, great work on the install. No extra adhesive, nice clean job. Did a wonderful job! Technician was friendly and fast. Price checked with dealership and AAA but NuVision came in lowest for out-of-pocket. Customer Service was amazing while explaining the insurance vs out-of-pocket options to me. My favorite part was they replaced the glass with the iconic Jeep labels on the glass (grill and little Jeep) so it really was a replacement. Highly recommend them! Thank you, NuVision!

Had to switch over to Nuvision Auto Glass after a very depressing experience with A and E Autoglass(a different autoglass company). Spoke with Abdul who was super friendly, informative, eager to help and displayed exemplary customer service. My windshield was delivered the next day to my apartment and the installers were not only friendly, professional but were done in less than an hour! The Installer kindly asked me to inspect the work and after a signature handed me a rebate check! I feel safer not having to look through a cracked windshield and HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing a repair or replacement. If it wasn't for Facebook, I never would've had the pleasure to do business with NuVision and they're stellar professionalism. Thank you.

I had my Honda windshield replaced by Nuvision auto glass and I had a good experience. I called them on Thursday to get a quote and they connected me to my insurance company, went over all the details with insurance. My insurance sent an inspector to authorize glass replacement on Friday and after approval, I immediately got a text from Nuvision to set up an appointment. They came to my workplace the following Monday and I was asked to unlock my car door. It took about 45-50 mins to replace the windshield during which I was not required to be present. At the time I contacted, they had some rebates so I was given my rebate check after the work was complete by the installer. I chose the OEE glass since my insurance would only cover that and OEM would $$$ out of pocket. My only suggestion is if the installer could use a cloth or dust the dashboard after installation. When I later entered my car, I could see tiny rubber pieces/glass pieces on the dashboard that I had to clean myself. Until now no problem with the installation.

Just had my windshield replaced by NuVision. After seeing their ad on Facebook, I decided to give them a shot. After submitting an online request, I received a follow up call the next morning. After about 20 minutes of being on the phone with their rep and a conference call with my insurance company, my appointment was scheduled for the next day. The installer was on time, professional, and had my new windshield installed in less than an hour. When he finished, he handed me my rebate check. Had to run a few errands afterwards and didn't notice any air leaks or whistling. Here's hoping to no water leaks. Overall, a great and low stress experience.

This company is great! From the initial call to schedule down to the install. Very friendly and reliable. Update 12/11 from the initial windshield replacement post and I got a call last week to see how my windshield was and if I had any chips. I told them yes actually I have 3 small ones from the freeway and was worried about going to Flagstaff for my sisters memorial and have them spread. Danielle was the rep and oh my gosh I can’t rave enough about her. She worked me in that day and got them fixed for me. Love this company! I highly recommend.

I highly recommend NuVision Auto Glass! I needed a new windshield. I have full coverage glass insurance. Called them after I read their reviews, got scheduled by Morgan right away, (who has great customer service skills) got a nice rebate deposited into my account with the help of Hanna (great help as well!) Where do I even start?!? I'll start with... I've never dealt with a more professional, friendly, and just plain great person within an auto glass company (let alone any company in general) than I have when talking to Victoria with NuVision... and let's face it, I live in AZ so unfortunately have had to deal with a lot of them throughout the years!!! She was so great and NOT pushy as I've experienced with about every other auto glass shop I've dealt with!! She was very direct (in the most positive sense of the term), didn't pressure, and was so very understanding and patient with me! To add to that, I was offered next day service to my home!! Could it be anymore convenient?? Plus, by word of mouth from others as well... you can't go wrong when going with the best for all of your glass replacement needs!!! I was actually scheduled with a different auto glass company to come out to do the repair until I found Nuvision and thought maybe I'd keep my options open and have them call me, and I'm so glad I did!!! Again, the professionalism of the agent and the no pressure attempt that made me feel so much more comfortable got my vote by far!! Highly recommend, and when you call...ask for Victoria, BC she's the best!!! 🙂

Arturo and Lilly came out and had my windshield done in a very short time and even explained to me that in this heat I needed to leave a window down just a quarter of an inch so the pressure wouldn’t build up and crack the windshield again. Very nice people to deal with and very professional.

I was super hesitant to try this hearing that you have the opportunity to actually GET PAID for repairing your windshield. Let me just tell you... CALL THEM! File a claim with your insurance and USE NUVISION. They were able to meet me at my work, repair my windshield within 30 minutes AND I walked away with a check in hand. Got it done this week and I’m thrilled about it. 5/5... thanks Nuvision !! Definitely not gonna get my windshield done anywhere other than Nuvision from here on out.

Like everyone we really appreciate great customer service, Sam was the one I set everything up with and he made sure all was handled, however Lilly and Arturo was the technicians that came out, punctual, professional, Lilly made a point to show me things that I did not notice and there were a couple of areas that needed some changes and they did an amazing job. Then my dad asked about getting a windshield so we call Crystal, she took down the information and said she would do some research, all in all great experience I will definitely use them again!

I originally was going to use Safelite for the repair of my windshield, however seeing the ad from Nuvision Auto Glass online I decided to try them. They responded to my enquiry within 24 hours. I saw a suggested post on FB for this nuvision. I had a crack on my windshield so I figured I'd check them out. I was impressed by the reviews so I gave them a call and immediately got someone on the line on a Saturday afternoon! The gentleman was super polite and helped me coordinate a glass claim thru my insurance in under 10 minutes. I filled out the form to see if I qualified for a rebate on June 19th shortly after filling out the form, I received a phone call/ text from Sam Hajeb. After talking to Sam he informed me that I qualified for a rebate of $105.00. He called my insurance company while I was on the phone and we filed a claim for my windshield to be replaced. The whole process of getting my windshield replaced took about 2 days. Sam was a very professional representative. Once they got my claim information from my insurance company, the installers came to my house the very next day and installed my new windshield in about 30 minutes and once the work was done I was handed a check for the rebate that Sam said I qualified for. Found NuVision Auto Glass while browsing through Facebook through an ad that stated that I could potentially get $450 cash back if I filled out a survey and went with them. Filled out the survey and within 30 mins, I got a text from Sam stating they were finishing up my cash back offer. Sam called and said I would be getting $105 cash back, not as much as I was expecting, but I'll take it! He called my insurance while on the phone with me and made the process so much easier! He told me that I would be getting a new windshield the very next day. It's the next day, they just finished and I'm super impressed! Back in March of this year I had my car windshield replaced, my 15th windshield in 6.5 years, by NuVision Auto Glass. All previous windshields I had replaced by Safelite Auto Glass. I honestly didn't expect any difference, but after NuVision installed my windshield, my car seemed just a lil bit quieter driving down the road.....leading me to believe that perhaps Safelite uses an inferior windshield? I wish I had used a micrometer to measure the thickness of the glass on both windshields before they were installed on my vehicle knowing what I noticed afterwards. Since my NuVision glass has been installed, I already have received a few rock strikes on the freeway and yet my windshield is still without so much as a scratch. Admittedly I don't have proof, but I find it awefully strange that this windshield seems stronger than Safelite's windshields.

This is an excellent company! My windshield replacement installation went smoothly and professionally from beginning to end! The whole Arizona insurance process was explained in-depth, and their customer service and professional installation is outstanding! The installers Jose and Juan gave me a window between 8 and 11 AM but I didn’t have to wait all that time because they showed up at 8:40! Very impressed! Within 30 minutes I had a beautiful new windshield and they even washed their fingerprints off the glass inside and out before they left. Jose cordially and patiently explained what the limousine tint that “I requested” was versus my the regular factory tint and then he had no attitude when I asked him to remove it once I saw that I preferred the regular factory tint! Absolutely no attitude or frustration! If I could give 10 stars I would!
