Amazing customer service to start off with. And the installer was Allen here in Mesa, Arizona, He did an amazing job!! He was on time, called before arrival, and very professional!! I would 100% recommend NuVision Autoglass to anyone out there needing their windshield replaced. They come to you so you can just relax in your home while they do their job. Allen was very nice, and did an excellent job installing the windshield probably one of the best installers I have seen in the past 20 years of my driving years. Some installers will leave the dash cover off or leave behind tools or trash in the car but not Allen he replaced the dash mat as it was before the install and cleaned up very nice. Do not listen to the negative reviews on here as my expierience was great with them. And the glass looks great, not a scratch on it and it even had the window tint strip on it like I was told it would have. 👍🏼 NuVision Autoglass You Guys Rock!! Keep up the good work and I would consider maybe thinking about giving Allen a raise as he had the entire job done in less than 25 minutes. Very fast service and a Grade A job!! After another company left me high and dry by bringing the wrong windshield out twice, NuVision stepped in and hit it out of the park for me. They gave me a slightly higher rebate than the last company, and also a nice gift card to a restaurant off Val Vista. The service tech could not come at the time that I needed him to on a saturday because I scheduled on a Friday evening. He worked with me and was able to make me his last installation of the day, allowing me to get the things done for my business that I needed to. Overall, this seems to be a very easy and straightforward company to deal with. Thank you!

I called to make an appointment and they were here the next day. Luis was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the windshield replaced in about 15 minutes! Great company and will recommend to anyone!

These guys did a GREAT job on my windshield! Eli was my technician and he was incredibly professional.The inside office is actually really nice and the staff are friendly too, I work from home and was able to use their office comfortably due to them having great wifi!Just don't let the outside appearance fool you, It seems like this is a newer location and the outside looks kinda terrible (it's also kinda hard to figure out which building is theirs) but their service is absolutely excellent and their pricing was fantastic as well! Other locations wanted to charge me $50+

Luis F did an AMAZING job helping me get my window replaced.... There were so many places we had to call to try to get coverage answers.... He was so patient and worked really hard to help..... Thanks to him we were successful.BTW ....Eli was an awesome installerOverall a fantastic experience and will always go with these guys for replacement

Well the 2 Guys that arrived (Juan & Rafael) were very professional & cordial in addition to displaying that They really knew what They were doing !! Sorta' unfortunately, I'm a chatty Patty, in that while the replacement happened I did bend Their ears just a little bit. They were very warm in the conversation while They took care of business & in short order the replacement was COMPLETE and very well done !! I don't have windshields replaced often However, the next time I have the need I will certainly be calling on NuVision Auto Glass for Sure -B Well.

I’m a 62-year-old male I’ve lived here and Arizona since 1969, I’ve had many windshield replaced because of the rocks on the freeways and the road damage to the front windshield, but this company was one of the best, and their technician was on point big-time, very professional And cleaned up after himself. Great job folks. 💪🤙❤️🤔

The Service Technician Ruben was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained the procedures thoroughly. I recommend this company. I did receive the incentive check of $120 after completion and an email for the free meal at Rodizio Grill the same day. Great job Ruben!

I woke up in the worst mood because the check I was given to choose this company said the payer cancelled the payment so the bank took the money back and made my account go negative. I called customer service and they were only going to open up a ticket so I asked to speak with someone that could do more. That’s when I got connected with Lori Purtill and I couldn’t have been more thankful that she was the one helping me with this. I felt with Direct TVs customer service earlier this month for a similar situation involving money and I still don’t have it back but Lori went above and beyond and made sure that money was put back into my account before I got off the phone. She went above and beyond by figuring out that it was due to a lost check book that they had to cancel and mine was unfortunately involved in that but that’s not an issue when You call and they resolve it with you on the phone right then and there. If you want a company the has employees like Lori that can help when things go wrong, choose nuvisio they take care of their customers

I love my new windshield. The professional installation to the original mustang windshield was a wonderful surprise. I have used multiple companies and never had a mustang windshield for a replacement. Customer for life

Dealing with auto issues is 1 of my least favorite things but each time I have gotten my windshield replaced (3 times in 3 yrs) the process is so simple and painless!!! I highly recommend NuVision to people all the time as a result!!!

Jesus Leon showed up sooner than expected. Unfortunately, it was raining so I had to arrange for him to work underneath the neighbors parking structure. He was patient and understanding. He worked very quickly and with precision. I was a little skeptical of going outside of my insurances recommended company, but it was worth it—and the added bonus of $100? I’d rehire Nu Vision and Jesus Leon without hesitation.
