Spanish/Bilingual Scheduling (Colombia)

Details

1. Scheduling Team are the front liners of communication between customers and pendings team to ensure we schedule as many as possible both windshield replacement and recalibration.

Requirements

• 2-3 Year’s Experience
• Must be fluent in Spanish & English Language

Responsibilities

1. Answer Inbound calls for scheduling queues
2. Responsible for scheduling customer installations and calibrations.
3. Conducts follow-up for pending schedule and reschedule
4. Process rescheduling via Phone, SMS and Email.
5. Coordinate Daily Jobs not installed with Ins Done process, for Reschedule
6. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
