- Pendings Team are the center of communication between customers, insurance and scheduling Team to ensure we get correct referrals from the insurance and put the job into good to schedule as many as possible.
Requirements
- 2-3 Year’s Experience
- Must be fluent in Spanish & English Language
Responsibilities
- Conducts follow-up for pending inspections, reschedules and pending coverage with customers through SMS, Call, and Email
- Helps and assists NV teams in pending and scheduling verifications.
- Schedule appointments and answer Inbound calls for scheduling queues.
- Answer and resolve escalations with regards to Pending/Scheduling as requested from other Departments in the company.
- Responsible for investigating why jobs are not scheduled and solving data issues on customer job records.
- Performs OEM verification and ordering activities as where required by team weekly schedule.
- Other Pending and Scheduling-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
