Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Sourcing and Initial Interview of the Candidate
- Endorse the Passed candidate to the Hiring Manager for the next step of Recruitment (End to end Recruitment)
- Responsible for the Onboarding and Offboarding
- Responsible for the Documentation in Colombia (201 files, Update NV Peep records,EMP records and GW item)
- Reponsible for the HR Orientation for the newly hired
- Maintaining the Assets Monitoring
- Assist in Timekeeping by calculating the Overtime, Undertime etc., of the Colombia employees per payroll cut-off.
- Attending weekly HR Meeting
- Responsible to make sure to have a Great workplace in Salesforce Handling the Colombia Gov’t Mandated Benefits,Employee Relation Company Rules and Policy.
- Other Tasks may be assigned from time to time.
