Requirements
- Great command of the Spanish & English language.
- Effectively communicate through SMS, Email, and Phone.
- Multitasking

- With Minimum of 2 years experience working in a same industry
Responsibilities
- Matching up our CRM systems in the morning
- Helping our technicians get parts ordered
- Getting ETA’s from the technicians in the morning and updating our CRM with those, and notifying the customers
- Calling / texting both customers and technicians throughout the day to coordinate the services getting done
- Responding to emails from the outside sales organization and updating them on jobs throughout the day
- Dispositioning our CRM throughout the day as jobs get installed and rescheduled
- Communicating with internal teams about jobs including aftermarket and dealer parts, calibration issues, warranties, claims related issues, and rebates.
