- Advanced Claims Specialists are the first point of contact for the customer. We ensure accurate customer information is gathered, a claim is properly filed with their insurance carrier, as well as establishing a location and time for scheduling.
Requirements
- 2-3 Year’s Experience
- Must be fluent in Spanish & English Language
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking calls from service advisors to complete the insurance claims.
- Responsible for taking calls from Outside Sales representatives and completing the leads.
- Responsible for calling the Insurance Policy Service department to confirm comprehensive coverage for customers.
- Responsible for taking overflow calls from the sales queue and performing the hot transfer or full cycle sales as per the prevailing sales team rule.
- Assist Customer success department by answering overflow calls which are related to Rebate, Warranty Issues, Scheduling, and other calls that fall under Customer Success.
- Responsible for making sure that all customer information is encoded and updated in salesforce with 100% accuracy.
- Responsible for making sure that the conversion of LEADS to OPPORTUNITIES are properly documented on SALESFORCE. Apart from LZ1 leads, all Won leads should be converted to
- Opportunities in Salesforce.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
